The co-curricular program of Bishop Druitt College provides enormous opportunities for our students to explore who they are and the gifts they possess. It includes sporting pursuits, community service activities, music and the arts, drama, public speaking, debating and a highly valued outdoor education program.
The co-curricular program forms an important part of life at Bishop Druitt College. Being involved is a commitment to the College, to oneself and to sharing experiences with students and teachers that might not necessarily be encountered in the daily routine. The program offers our students the opportunity to be a part of a team in an increasingly egocentric world. They encounter challenges, work together to overcome obstacles and accept judgement, learn to manage the disappointment of defeat and share the joys of success. |
