Araluen Christian College is a Transition to Year 9 College situated in Alice Springs in the magnificent central Australian landscape.
Built around a foundation of community, at Araluen Christian College children feel they are cared for and that they belong. Due to the size of the College, everyone knows and is known by all students and staff members.
We recognise that in a rapidly changing world, educational standards must keep pace. As a Government-recognised school, at Araluen Christian College we have our finger on the pulse of change, continually monitoring educational best practice.

At Araluen Christian College we offer a strong academic program.
Our goal is to offer a comprehensive education which supports children to discover and develop their many and varied attributes.
This means we offer a broad range of educational experiences. We foster understanding of and with the individuals in our care, while being sensitive to the changing educational needs of students as they mature and develop.
Araluen Christian College has a history of excellent teaching and learning standards. In the 2012 National Assessment Program in Literacy and Numeracy, many of our students scored above the National Average, with some achieving extremely well. |

Our staff are also strongly committed to continued learning. Some possess or have begun to work towards, a Masters degree.
