Primary school students at Noosa Christian College study those subjects as prescribed by the Queensland Studies Authority (QSA) with the addition of Christian Perspectives.
In the Junior Secondary years (Years 8-10) the core curriculum consists of that as prescribed by the QSA, Christian Perspectives and the choice subjects of Music, Art, Drama, Cooking, Sewing, Woodwork, Metalwork.
In the Senior Secondary Years (Years 11 & 12) students study several mandatory subjects and also can choose from a number of elective subjects.
